2 The bed part adopts the vibration aging treatment of the casting after tempering treatment, which completely eliminates the stress and ensures that it will not be deformed for a long time.

3 The control part adopts the Inovance ARM600 intelligent controller. The device does not need to return to the origin. Even if the power is off, it can remember the current position and automatically go to the last power off position. The commonly used specifications can be stored as a recipe. The recipe contains Steel diameter feed speed, feed per tooth, saw blade speed, up to 200 recipes can be stored.

4 The hydraulic part adopts Japan Yuken solenoid valve, which is reliable in quality and stable in pressure and has a low failure rate.

5 The lubrication part of the equipment adopts No. 68 rail oil, which automatically lubricates the rotating part of the saw blade, feeds the ball screw part, and has an alarm for lack of lubricant. The feed rail adopts a precision roller linear guide.

6 The oil mist cooling part adopts Taiwan automatic oil mist cooling pump. The corresponding oil mist amount can be selected according to the cutting material and there is an oil mist missing alarm. The machine tool cannot work when the oil is lacking.
